All About Me
Hi There,
My name is Karen! I am a 26 year old student at UWS, studying Bsc Business Technology. I am in my final year of university and can't wait to finally graduate!
I also work part time as a Deputy Manager for William Hill, helps pay the bills I suppose. After leaving school at 15 I went to college for 2 years, studying NC & HNC Administration & Information Technology. On completion of my HNC I decided I couldn't bear the thought of university, so began to seek employment.
After working for 5 years, aged 21 I made the decision to return to education and apply for university. So here I am today, 10 weeks until I complete my Bsc Honours Degree - SCARY!
I live with my partner Greg, he has been amazingly supportive throughout my time at university, as have my friends & family!
Within this blog I aim to share my experiences at university, and where possible offer advice on life as a mature student.
